With all the projects and change, a Change and Transformation Specialist will be in more demand than ever. Especially with a Communications Background. This role is essential to making new initiatives happen.

Thanks to all this change, we will need Instructional Designers to create the content and upskill the capabilities of the workforce so they can get stuff done.

The role of Financial manager has changed. Now,  it involves taking all the data from the Data Scientists, plus the Value Chain has been from the digital side and all the change happening internally.

Now, they manage what ‘Value’ means from a non-monetary gain and handle the question: ‘How are we going to run that and profit from it?’
